Dancer in Pink Still Rosé 2024

We use a fine clone of Pinot Noir 779 alongside whole bunch pressed Pinot Precoce to craft our Dancer. It's a gorgeously dry rosé, with bright aromas of ripe strawberry and cherry blossom. The palate provides a beautiful abundance of red fruits and a rounded creaminess from full malolactic fermentation. Laid back yet intensely moreish. The possibilities are endless when it comes to food matching with Dancer in Pink. Lazy lunches with smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels is a great start or pop a bottle on ice to have with BBQ belly pork and summer caesar salad.
