A delicate wild-rose pink, this sparkling rosé is classy and complex. Wild Rose walks the fine line between freshness and bright fruit. The palate, bursting with heady red fruits is balanced with beautiful texture. No malolatic fermentation, leads to a deliciously mouthwatering finish. Wild Rose is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees and post disgorgement is held for 6 months on cork before being released.
