Black Chalk Summer Supper Club

Grate Fire Kitchen are back with a fantastic sharing feast for our first Supper Club of the summer — cooked over the flames using locally sourced, seasonal produce, with a bespoke menu created for the evening.

On arrival: a glass of Black Chalk sparkling wine and nibbles. Then merguez-spiced grilled leg of lamb with ember-cooked sweet potatoes and harissa yoghurt, seasonal salads, tzatziki, beetroot houmous and flatbreads — finished with watermelon granita, mint, feta and pomegranate.
