Black Chalk Classic showcases precise fruit focus with a textured palate and exceptional purity. By avoiding malolactic fermentation, the wine retains the fresh, crisp character that defines Black Chalk. Aged for at least 22 months on lees and an additional 6 months on cork post disgorgement, the wine gains complexity and depth. A touch of oak (10%) adds subtle richness. Ideal as an aperitif with crisps and canapés, it also pairs beautifully with shellfish like oysters, crab, and prawns.
