A delicate wild-rose pink, this sparkling rosé is classy and complex. Wild Rose walks the fine line between freshness and bright fruit. The palate, bursting with heady red fruits is balanced with a soft creamy texture, from partial malolatic fermentation, leading to a deliciously long finish.
 
Wild Rose is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees and post disgorgement is held for 6 months on cork before being released.
