Our Wines
Our award winning English sparkling & still wine has been crafted over many years by our winemaker in our stunning Hampshire vineyards. We grow 34 different combinations of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Précoce and Pinot Gris.

This 2022 vintage has been fermented using an aromatic yeast in stainless steel, with 16% in new French oak and blended to create a wine that is super fresh and vibrant with wonderful fruit, purity and balance. Kent in origin but utterly Black Chalk in style.
